Replaced a 40-gallon electric water heater with a new unit and repaired a crack on the well pump. Work was completed in an area showing significant water damage and deterioration, with existing plumbing infrastructure including PVC piping and filtration components remaining in place.
Completed routine member maintenance on dual HVAC system in 55-year-old residential property. Both systems are approximately 5 years old with indoor units located in closets. Performed comprehensive inspection, filter replacement, and operational testing on both units. Measured and recorded system performance parameters including temperature differentials, amperage draws, and refrigerant pressures. Indoor air handler showed reading of 25.5 degrees temperature split, indicating proper cooling performance. Inspected condensate drainage system and verified proper operation of condensate pump assembly with electronic float switch. All electrical connections were secure and within acceptable parameters.
