SALT – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between SALT, (“SALT” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the user (“User” or “you”). This Agreement governs your use of the SALT service (“Service”), including any related websites, mobile applications, and content.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use the Service.
By submitting, you authorize Salt Service Company to reach out via phone, email, or text for explicit information about project needs. Members receive 15% off standard service pricing for eligible plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repair services.
Discount applies to labor and standard service fees only. It does not apply to diagnostic fees, after-hours fees, permit fees, or third-party charges.
Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or coupons unless explicitly stated.
Members receive 5% off new equipment installations, including HVAC systems, generators, water heaters, and water treatment systems.
Discount applies to the total equipment and installation cost.
Not applicable to financing fees, permit costs, or special-order equipment unless specified in writing.
Discounts are available only to customers with an active SALT+ Membership in good standing.
Membership must be current and active at the time of scheduling and invoicing to receive benefits.
SALT+ Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the primary member’s residence or enrolled property.
SALT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the SALT+ Membership program or any associated discounts at any time with or without notice.
0% Interest Financing for up to 18 Months is available to qualified customers through approved third-party lenders. The following terms and conditions apply:
Offer available to approved applicants only. Credit approval is required through SALT’s partnered financing providers.
Promotional financing terms, including 0% interest, may vary by creditworthiness and lender terms.
Qualified applicants may receive 0% interest for up to 18 months on eligible purchases.
Length of promotional period (e.g., 6, 12, or 18 months) is determined based on the amount financed and lender program eligibility.
No interest will be charged if the promotional balance is paid in full within the promotional period.
Monthly payments are required throughout the promotional period.
Failure to make minimum payments may result in loss of the promotional rate and the application of interest charges.
Any additional services or fees outside of the financed amount may not be included in the 0% offer and could be subject to standard interest rates.

Financing promotions are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice.
Cannot be combined with other financing promotions, discounts, or membership pricing unless explicitly stated.

This guarantee covers the original part(s) and labor provided by SALT during the initial service or installation.
Applies only to residential owner-occupied properties.
Guarantee is valid for the life of the system or as long as the original customer owns the home, whichever comes first.
All qualifying HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs performed by SALT
Installations of new equipment or systems (e.g., water heaters, HVAC units, generators, etc.) performed by SALT technicians
Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications
Equipment failure due to manufacturer defects outside of SALT’s control
Work performed or altered by a third party after original service
Consumables, filters, or batteries unless specified
The customer must maintain regular maintenance as recommended by SALT or the equipment manufacturer.
Guarantee claims must be made through SALT with proof of original service or installation.
SALT reserves the right to inspect and validate the cause of failure before honoring any repair or replacement.
The Lifetime Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and property.
By using the SALT service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service.
