Felix was great, showed up when he said he would. The manager even called me while he was on his way and reassured me that Salt would be very through and can handle any issue with my plumbing and fix it same day, and that’s exactly what happened. Felix found the issue and fixed it right away. Felix was very knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the fantastic service I received from everyone at Salt.

I can’t say enough good things about Guadalupe, Levi, and their manager/master plumber, Alan. These guys truly went above and beyond for us. We had a complex, out-of-the-ordinary plumbing issue, and they handled it with professionalism, grace, and an incredible work ethic. From the start, they responded quickly and were clearly committed to helping us. When unexpected challenges came up, they tackled them thoughtfully and skillfully, never missing a beat. They stayed late into the night just to make sure we had running water again — and watching Alan work was like watching a surgeon in the field. He was incredibly precise, composed, and focused — a true master of his craft. It was genuinely impressive. Their communication was excellent, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. On top of that, their attitudes were consistently positive, even as they worked long hours under tough conditions. To top it off, they uncovered some shoddy plumbing work done by a prior contractor, and without hesitation, fixed it on the spot — and their own work was absolutely top-notch. It’s rare to find a team that cares this much about the quality of their work and the people they’re serving. Highly recommend this team — they are the real deal.

Just had service maintenance for the first time for a three year old A/C system. Anthony was great! On time and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the steps he was performing and clearly explained his recommendations. I’d recommend SALT and Anthony again.

Wow, Ross was amazing today! He called 20 minutes before arrival. Even asked if I wanted a Starbucks as he stopped to get gas. Came in and listened to what we were expecting. He got straight to work inserting small talk as he worked which was great! His attention to detail was impeccable. He took pictures of everything he was doing with each of our two units. He was able to explain with those visuals what he was recommending or just educating us on what we were seeing. Very informative. He did not over sell us on anything. We got what we needed even though he made recommendations of additional services. He told us we really didn’t need them at this time. We will definitely be calling and asking for Ross again. Great guy and an even better technician.

Carlyle came out to our house to flush out our water heaters. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and asked questions regarding our plumbing and also answered all our questions. He gave great feedback about what was a concern. While flushing out our water heaters he took pictures and noted areas of concern. He sat down with us and showed us a video which we went through not just our water heaters but of our bathrooms and outside plumbing (for example checking our water pressure). Carlyle’s knowledge and professionalism helped us make those difficult decisions easier and so it was time to replace the water heaters. He was able to have them scheduled to replace both water heaters the very next day. Brian senior and Levi came to our house to install our new water heaters. They got to work right away. If we had any questions or saw any concerns they addressed them. Once they were finished they cleaned up, showed us the new installed water heaters and explained the work they had completed. They were very polite, extremely hardworking, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
